Composites of CoFe_2O_4 and Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3 with composition xNa_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3 - (1-x)CoFe_2O_4(x=0.10, 0.20) were prepared using solid state reaction route. Crystal structure analysis was done via XRD and Rietveld refinement. XRD patterns confirm the formation of composite system as patterns are composed of both cubic as well as rhombohedral peaks. Rietveld analysis of XRD data again communicates the simultaneous existence of Fd3m and R3c symmetries corresponding to magnetic and ferroelectric phase. Dielectric response of composites show dispersion at low frequency and steeply decreases with frequency and remains constant at higher frequencies. M-H loops reveal the soft magnetic characteristics of the composites.
