摘要

A goal of this research is to propose a non-contact interface system to operate equipments of various types. There are two methods to communicate messages to the other person by using the motion of hands without any tools. One of the methods is Kusyo that can describe characters in the air, and another is Gesture that imparts information with motion of the hands. So, this paper focuses on these two methods which didn't use any special interfaces, and proposes the method of operating equipment with the video camera only. Concretely, the monocular camera takes a movie of the motion of a hand. So, the computer analyzes the motion and the equipments operate according to the analytical result. It will be able to operate various equipments by the motion of the hand by using this proposed system on the production site. Furthermore, it will be expected to simplify the work and reduce the training for the operation.
