摘要

We present a new method of rapid sequence-selective microRNA (miRNA) detection with small amount of sample using power-free PDMS microfluidic device and gold-nanoparticles (GNPs). Target miRNA hybridized to probe DNA was labeled by DNA-coated GNPs, which also act as signal amplifiers. This method allows us to detect miRNA of certain sequence in 30 min with 0.5 μL sample volume. This method might substantially contribute to future point-of-care (POC) early-stage cancer diagnosis.
