摘要

The aim of this study is to know the transfer, assimilation and changes of N and C in soil and plants, spinach (Spinacia oleracea) and tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum), had grown in soils treated with organic wastes by using stable isotope techniques. Prior to trials with spinach and tomato, were taken control soil samples, residues from municipal solid waste (MSW) compost samples, thermal drying sewage sludge samples and composted sludge samples. Composite samples of each organic amendment were obtained at the beginning of the trials mixing the soils with the four amendments (thermal drying sewage sludge, composted sludge and two MSW composts). All these samples were analyzed and determined the content of isotopes (~(l3)C and ~(15)N).
