The incineration of Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) is a technology widely used to treat these residues and to recover energy. This technology also produces solid residues, named as ashes, not only from the treatment of the exhaustion gases - fly ashes, but also from the bottom of the furnace -bottom ashes.
