After the recent introduction of internal fixators, the tipical osteoreperative potentials of elastic synthesis in scheletic trauma are very expanded because of both callogenic validity, of their particular flectent moment, and perfect tollerance. Thus, in our hospital, after a careful initial approach of the method with satisfying results, have permitted an extended progressive use of these implants.Internal fixators have been applied on different levels with wide indications, for both complex recent fractures and/or periarticular fractures even in strongly osteodistrofics sectors, in periprosthetic fractures and delayed union, particularly in hypotrophics pseudoarthrosis or failure of other synthesis devices. We report some interesting cases of particular consolidations and some noncon-venients of the improvable instruments used.
