Exposure to indoor air pollution as a result of transport from outdoor emission sources near the vicinity of closed spaces, has been receiving an increasing attention over the past few years. Towards the aim of demonstrating the usefulness of photocatalytic materials for the improvement of air quality in urban areas, a field trial was organized by Cristal Global, in a metro station in Manila, Philippines.
