PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oscillation of piping members and the external leakage of condensate while improving assembly workability and hermetic seal of the part that the piping members penetrate a partition member.SOLUTION: A piping member support structure S comprises: a cutout part 31 formed in a partition member 3; and an elastic body vibration insulation holding member 32 closely fitted to the cutout part 31 for holding piping members 26 and 27 in an insulating manner of vibration, in the part that the piping members 26 and 27 penetrate the partition member 3. The vibration insulation holding member 32 includes: pipe insertion holes 38 and 39 into which the piping members 26 and 27 are closely inserted, respectively; sunken road parts 41 and 42 having two opposing faces 41a and 42a and extending in the fitting direction F of the vibration insulation holding member 32 from the pipe insertion holes. Interval dimensions w1 and w2 of the two faces of the sunken road parts 41 and 42 are smaller than inside diameter dimensions d1 and d2 of the pipe insertion holes 38 and 39, respectively, but have dimensions enough to be able to fit the piping members 26 and 27 in the pipe insertion holes 38 and 39 by pushing and opening the holes within the elastic range of the vibration insulation holding member 32.
