Causes and Frequency of Clinic Visits by postgastrectomy Patients Outside Regular Hours

Gradually worsening nutrition disorders, anemia, etc., and sudden-onset ileus, acute cholecystitis, etc., are known to occur as postgastrectomy disorders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the reasons for unavoidable visits by gastric cancer patients to outpatient clinics after gastrectomy outside regular hours and their frequency, and to identify associations with the primary disease and surgical procedure.
