Clustered Targets Imaged by Multi-zone Optical TomographyReconstruction Method

To improve the light quantification of clustered lesions, a multi-zone reconstruction algorithm guided by co-registered ultrasound image was investigated using simulations and phantoms. The performance of the algorithm was demonstrated using clinical examples.
