A new strategy for development of high affinity protein capture agents through screening of OBOC peptide libraries

The binding properties of short peptide ligands towards target biomarkers were efficiently enhanced via a high throughput screening of bead-based libraries that employ partial incorporation of cleavable linkers. The elongated peptides showed significantly enhanced affinity and specificity.
