摘要

We have developed an affinity precipitation system for serine proteases using a thermoresponsive polymer bearing their irreversible inhibitor diphenyl phosphonate derivative. In this study, our affinity precipitation system was applied to the isolation of chymotrypsin-like serine proteases from several kinds of fish. A simple isolation method for naturally occurring serine proteases is proposed.
