Cellulite Treatment Combining Sub-dermal Nd-YAG Laserlipolysis and Autologous Fat Transplantation

Cellulite is a very frequent alteration of the topography and surface contour of the female skin in which areas of skin dimpling seem to alternate with areas of lumpiness. The presence of cellulite is a significant source of embarrassment and dissatisfaction. There is currently no consistently effective treatment for cellulite. The aim of this study is to demonstrate that the sub-dermal application of the Nd-YAG laser in association with autologous fat transplantation is a safe and effective option for the treatment of severe cases of cellulite.
