Questions of Normalization of Antiseismic Strengthening of Existing Buildings

摘要

In the paper are discussed questions of vulnerability and damageability during earthquakes of different constructive systems, widely spread in Central Asia region. At designing of reinforcement of existing building the residual resource, terms of its operation, category of the responsibility in combination with type of constructive system of the building, as a rule is not considered. Recommendations proposed for different level of antiseismic reinforcement in relation with different factors, such as responsibility, vulnerability, type from concepts of acceptable risk.
