Phase measurement is a kind of measurement for the basic electric parameter which is in the widespread applications. For the high frequency signal, through the frequency conversion by analog multiplier, in which a high frequency signal will be switched to a low band, an improving accuracy can be obtained by measuring the phase difference of the regulated signal. This paper discusses an improving one. It contains using the switch-multiplier techniques to realize the survey of the phase for the high frequency signal and demonstrates the measurement's principle. In the meantime, this article also provides the overall framework of the circuit and shows how it works. This new method can be applied to measure the wide-band signal. The circuit is more simple with low cost and high accuracy.
