highly sensitive method was developed for quantification of more than 100 pesticides in salad matrix sample by using GCMS/MS technique with QuEChERS method. Ultra fast scanning, UFsweeper and advance scanning speed protocol (ASSP) technique enabled sensitive, selective, fast, reproducible, linear and accurate pesticides analysis. It is safe to consume post-cooked salad rather than pre-cooked, as the concentration levels of most of the pesticides were found to be greatly reduced in post-cooked salad sample (shown in Figure 4).
