摘要

A combination of comprehensive drug screening, semi-quantitation and confirmation are essentials in anti-doping industry. Ideally the screening method should cover a large number of drugs with semi-quantitation results and spectrum confirmation information. To fulfill all these requirements in a single run, an HPLC/MS/MS method was developed. By taking advantage of the superior sensitivity, scheduled MRM and fast polarity switching capability on new technology, a large number (up to 1000) of analytes can be screened with one single method. By using information dependent method, product ion spectra can be acquired simultaneously for all the MRM detections. This provides diagnostic information to eliminate possible interfering false hits. By searching with custom built library, unknown peaks may be identified instantly.
