Using an integrated approach which combines de novo sequencing with protein database searching, - Peptide sequence and glycosylation sites were suggested directly from MS/MS spectra of N-linked glycopeptides. - MS~(3) precursor could be selected efficiently; - Peptides identification from the obtained MS~(3) spectra had with higher confidence levels. - Glycan components was deduced from MS and MS/MS spectra.
