Protein expression in dorsal region of rat spinal cord is ralatively quantified in SNL rats compared with Sham ratsf Statistic evaluation and PCA are performed. Bigger variations observed between Sham indiciduals compared with SNL individuals in both behavior test and MS quantification result. Pathway analysis is performed, network of progeins associated with Ca~(2+) channels are found as regulated.
