摘要

A novel approach combining anion exchange and reversed-phase interactions was successfully applied to the analysis of nucleoside triphosphate. Good retention and chromatography were achieved on the multi-mode column and the analyte was eluted by increasing the ionic strength and organic composition. The developed method has demonstrated adequate chromatographic capacity, good peak shape, reasonable suitability for MS detection, and improved robustness for at least 500 injections of plasma and tissue samples.
