摘要

The orthogonality of this 2D approach has been confirmed by running 17 amino acids. More than ten thousands of putative metabolites are detected from urine and saliva samples and around 3000 putative metabolites are detected from the serum samples using our 2D LC-MS approach. Comparison between urine, serum and saliva metabolome profiles may provide a better understanding of the metabolome differences among different biofluids.
