Proteomic Quantification of characteristic markers of human oligodendrocyte differentiation

Quantitative proteomics and phosphoproteomics identified several candidate signaling molecules in oligodendrocyte differentiation from human embryonic stem cells. Targeted proteomics study used here demonstrates the applications of heavy stable isotope labeled intact human proteins expressed in bacteria for protein quantitation. High resolution MS/MS data was used in quantitation of proteins unlike conventional MRM.
