摘要

An un-biased large scale proteomics technology to provide molecular information of cargo transportation is demonstrated here. Three major endocytic pathways - clathrin mediated, caveolar/raft-mediated endocytosis and macropinocytosis are all utilized in dendrimer delivery into HeLa cells. 2091 interaction proteins were mapped to 100 canonical pathways of infectious disease, which protein intensities indicate temporal changes.
