Plants are defended against external stress by their bioactive substance such as antioxidant and antibacterial agents. In general way, such components have been reported as average of tissue due to homogenize large number of cells. Since those way are time-consuming, volatile or unstable molecules are lost during preparation. We applied in-situ Live Single-cell MS method which can quickly and directly detect the molecules in a plant cell. In this study, we researched the distribution of Glucosinolates as hot flavor and other metabolites in radish sprout in both positive ion mode (POSI) and negative ion mode (NEGA).
