1.Lipidomic profiles of the lipoxidation reaction product of AAox and AA-lysine groups were acquired by using the untargeted IMS-MS~E acquisition mode on a Synapt G2 HDMS instrument. 2.Extended statistics revealed lysyl-lactams as markers which contributed to the group differences and which were abundantly present after acetyl-lysine capturing. 3. The IMS-CID-MS/MS provided an additional stage of separation. It resulted in time-aligned fragment ion spectra that enabled the extraction of structure-specific fragment ions allowed the assignment of the regioisomers of lysyl-lactam adducts. 4.Lipidomic profiles of the lipoxidation reaction products of plasma and after using AAPH were acquired; extended statistical analysis allowed tentative assignment lysyl-lactam adduct.
