Conducted IP-MS/MS studies with an HA antibody in HA-DAT and WT mice in drug treated synaptosomes (1) Applied IgG normalization to complex study Identified putative interactome members. Conducted preliminary SRM validation studies on drug treated synaptosome time course. Found complicated pathway changes at both the peptide and protein levels. Continue validation studies (1) Increase n (2) Analyze additional peptides and proteins. Delve deeper into pathway analyses. Western blot confimation studies. Orthogonal biological confirmation techniques.
