摘要

The 13-HPODE-derived modifications were confirmed by doublets (ratio=1:1) in their MS spectra and isotope pattern-triggered MS~2 spectra. The isotope data dependent scan was shown to be efficient to screen the modifications. Based on the current results, the comprehensive method will be developed for global screening of protein targets of electrophiles.
