This assay was applied to clinical samples study and incurred sample reanalysis reproducibility was performed on over 60 samples. Re-assay confirmation rate (ISR) was above 95% showing the reproducibility of the assay. It was concluded that an antioxidant was mandatory to prevent from the oxidation of apomorphine and to achieve good reproducibility of the assay.
