Comparing Lung Protein Expression for Biomarkers within the Disease Phenotypes of COPD and Lung Cancer

摘要

Processed lung tissue labeled with iTRAQ followed with MS/MS yields high protein identification with high confidence. These proteins indicate potential pathways that associate with COPD and Lung Cancer. Several molecular pathways including inflammation and tissue remodeling are disrupted in COPD and lung cancer patients. IPA provides more in-depth and user-friendly pathway analysis tools than DAVID.
