Online Extraction of Acidic, Neutral and Basic Controlled Substances in Urine Using Parallel Turbulent Flow Methods and LC-MS/MS

A TurboFlow method with LC-MS/MS has been developed that can measure: (1) Eleven analytes in a cycle time of 5.5 minutes, or 2.75 minutes with 2-channel multiplexing; (2) Any THCA values below 18.75 ng/mL (1.25x cutoff) would be run on a second method for confirmation; (3) Only the eluting pump is exposed to pressures over 100 bar, making the method easily transferrable.
