摘要

We can conclude that the technique of TE-EASI-MS is able to indicate the route of direct thermal degradation of sildenafil tablet without sample preparation. With just a adapting the power EASI-MS can evaluate changes in significant proportions of degradation products of sildenafil and compare them with the fragmentation of the molecule, thus showing similarity with the thermal stress generated fragments by the fragmentation.
