1. Identification and quantification of more than 7000 proteins. 2. Differential enrichment analysis showed that multiple cellular pathways were up-regulated in lung cancer cells comparing to normal cells. 3. Protein complexes were identified to be up-regulated in lung cancer cells, including SNX-EGFR complex, RAD9-RAD1-HUS1-APE1 complex, HMGB1-HMGB2-HSC70-ERP60-GAPDH complex, GAIT complex.
