1. Valuable early stage therapeutic protein material can be examined for oxidation susceptibility at low levels by using routine nanoflow HPLC-Chip MS technology. 2. The accurate mass measurement of the Q-TOF LC/MS combined with powerful data analysis software allowed for easy identification and confirmation of the oxidation sites. 3. Correlation between loss of activity of protein and the oxidative modification can be deduced. 4. The excellent chromatographic resolution and highly accurate peptide mass determination enabled accurate assignment of oxidized peptide peaks to the P128 sequence under study.
