摘要

We have performed a large-scale comparative proteomic and PTMomic approach employing dimethyl labeling prior to SIMAC-TiO_2-HILIC enrichment in order to study the membrane sub-proteome of hESCs and hNSCs. This strategy proved the strength of the TiO_2 enrichment for phosphorylated peptides and sialylated glycopeptides. To our knowledge, these data represent the most diverse set of PTMs reported for differentiation process from hESCs to hNSCs. This study will contribute to improve our understanding on the differentiation process and reveals possible markers to distinguish the hNSCs from hESCs. However, further investigation is necessary to validate the potential marker candidates.
