Simultaneous Quantitation of Eight Endogenous Mineralocorticoid and Glucocorticoid Biomarkers in Monkey Plasma by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要

1. A sensitive and specific UPLC/MS/MS was developed to simultaneously quantify 8 steroid biomarkers in monkey plasma; 2. The method was validated for intra- and inter-day accuracy and precision, freeze-thaw and bench-top stability, and matrix effect; 3. The samples were processed with a semi-automated SPE method to in crease throughput and method transferability.
