摘要

UDP-GlcNAc is one of the downstream metabolites of the hexosamine pathway, and is also the major substrate in the N-glycosylation machinery. The purpose of this study is to show the influence of several nutrients or supplements on the hexosamine pathway and on the levels of UDP-GlcNAc in-vivo nd in-vitro.
