Serum estrone and estradiol quantitation with automated online sample preparation and a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method

This TurboFlow method used in clinical research to quantitate serum E1 and E2 has: 1. LOQ of 3.8 pg/mL for estrone and 3.7 pg/mL for estradiol; 2. Linearity from 3.8 to 1000.9 pg/mL for estrone and 3.7 to 993.1 pg/mL for estradiol; 3. Accuracy between 95.5 to 103.2% for estrone and 92.7 to 112.3% for estradiol; 4. Inter- and intra -batch CV for estrone and estradiol between 3.5 and 18.0%.
