Differentiaitng Cooking Oil from Gutter Oil by Desorption Corona Beam Ionization Mass Spectrometry

摘要

The DCBI/MS is capable to characterize the cooking olis. The differences on the ion intensities of TAGs, DEP, and PEG are the base for differentiaing the gutter oils from fresh cooking oils.
