1. Development of an innovative SPR-MS coupling and successful application to a biological fluid: saliva. 2. Capture of two proteins of saliva (amylase and lysozyme) on the SPR surface, and detection by MS. 3. Peptides have been generated by the proteolytic digestion of captured lysozyme. Their on-chip MS analysis allowed their identification.
