The new method using a single TOPO extraction method was tested for the concentration of uranium and plutonium in simulate spent nuclear fuel by ID-TIMS. When the level of confidence was 95%, the precision of measurement uranium and plutonium concentration was better than 0.18% and 0.12% respectively. Using ~(144) Nd as isotope spike, coupled Eichrom column methodologies have been employed to measure neodymium in simulate spent nuclear fuel solution by ID-MC-ICP-MS. Uncertainty of concentration measurement for neodymium is 1.5%.
