摘要

This novel approach allowed, in a single injection, both qualitative and quantitative data to be collected and processed for targeted metabolite profiling and relative quantification. A proof-of-concept study showed the feasibility of aniline labeling of carboxylic acid metabolites and this data processing approach. The relative m/z error of labeled / unlabelled analogues was always within 5 ppm. IDA acquisition with isotope mass difference triggering could be used for more selective MS/MS acquisition, however unbiased IDA with dynamic background subtraction only allows MS/MS collection on both unlabeled and labeled analogue.
