1. We successfully identified SRP1 as a specific Rad53 interactor responding to dun1Delta in normal S phase in tag-free and endogenous Rad53 systems with rich medium by using the control SILAC approach. 2. As considering the significant Mec1/Tel action toward Rad53 and the auto-phosphorylation at activation loop in S phase of dun1Delta, the bona-fide auto-phosphorylation events of Rad53 were actually not that much.
