摘要

An LC-DMS-MS/MS method was developed for the quantification of ghrelin and desacylghrelin in plasma. The DMS with the use of modifier and coupled with LC-MS/MS improved the peptides analysis by reducing background noise ions and thus improving S/N ratio of the peptide ions. Finally, the LC-DMS-SIM/SIM method was as selective as the LC-DMS-SRM method. In addition, LC-DMS-SIM/SIM shows a better reproducibility compared to the LC-DMS-SRM.
