摘要

Trypsin immobilized in membrane pores allows faster protein digestion with higher sequence coverage and better SDS compatibility than in-solution digestion. Anionic polymer brushes fractionate peptides according to their pI. Tandem membrane discs with different functional groups enrich both mono- and multiply phosphorylated peptides from complex protein digests.
