Label free analysis of ER negative tumors sensitized to Tamoxifen by epigenetic therapy

摘要

Tamoxifen and Estrogen induce growth of ER- MDA-MB-231 xenographs. Decitabine inhibits the growth of ER- MDA-MB-231 xenographs, even in presence of Tamoxifen or estrogen. Target genes of the transcription factors E2F and AP2 correlate with inhibition by DAC in the presence of Tamoxifen or estrogen.
