The new BEH Amide column allows the development of a HILIC LC-MS method for the separation of polar tissue cellular metabolites with a total run time of less than 15 min. Quantification of red and white muscle tissue extracts by both Xevo TQ and Sunapt G2 HDMS indicated significant difference in major metabolites (such as AMP, ADP and ATP, and Citrulline). QuanTof Technology enables both qualitative and quantitative experiments to be simultaneously performed on the SYNAPT G2.
