摘要

Label-free quantitative analysis was successfully applied to urinary proteomics biomarker discovery of D-Serine induced kidney damage using rat model. A panel of potential urinary kidney toxicity biomarkers was identified by LC/MS/MS approach. Multiple proteins that undergo dramatic changes were identified as potential biomarkers of D-Serine causedkidney toxicity. Further validation of potential identified biomarkers of kidney toxicity in response to D-Serine exposure is currently in progress.
