A Gravity stress effects teleost scale metabolism. The use of metabolite database such as METLIN and Fiehn library can identify many of the endogenous metabolites. But over 80percent peaks were unidentified. High mass accuracy data is essential for molecular formula determination and the results support the database search results. The use of multivariate analysis and different measurement techniques has been shown to be essential for the comprehensive study of endogenous scale metabolites.
