Utilizing secreted MHC molecules (sHLA) to investigate the phospho-immuno-peptidome of breast cancer

Secreted MHC molecules display B~(*)0702 restricted phospho-peptides that are expressed in other cell lines by endogenous MHC molecules. 40 phospho-peptides have been identified so far through these analyses, including peptides from source proteins known to be involved in tumors. sHLA technology provides a method to increase phospho-peptide quantities.
