12-Plexed Quantitation: Combining Tandem Mass Tags (TMT) with Stable Isotope Labeling in Cell Culture (SILAC)

We have successfully demonstrated a proof of principle for highly multiplexed protein profiling that we termed "isotopobaric profiling". Isotopobaric profiling results can be acquired with existing LC-MS/MS methods by combining SILAC (MS) and isobaric tag (MS/MS) acquisition strategies. Isotopobaric profiling data can be analyzed with current software workflows.
